GW table redo

This table was one of my many finds
this summer from the Club GW outlet-
It was painted already
but the grime was in its creases-
(if you know what I mean!)
I gave it a quick spray of white satin
and she sat in my garage until now-

She looked like the perfect candidate
for my new chalk paint
(Annie Sloan that is!)

Her lovely shaped legs and
her carved shoulders were aching
for a painting!
and that's what she got....

The first coat of Pure White went on as smooth as butter-
Greek Blue was slathered on next-
what a color!!

It was finished off with Paris Grey-wow!

Now, the fun began-
The sanding and sanding and sanding

You were telling the truth about it-
It sands off very easily,
distressing in all the right places...

Did you see my little surprise?

I just couldn't resist!!

Well, take care, gotta fly- Claire
