Bee Framed

Here's another little bitty
I snatched up at the GW.
.99 cents later
and
I loved the thickness of the frame.
The blonde, silk like wood,
 was pretty on it own.

But,
I can't leave well enough alone.
So, I rummaged through my stash of acrylics
and came up with 2 colors I combined-
Americana Buttermilk
and
FolkArt Artist Pigment Raw Sienna.

So,
I dipped and I dabbed,
I pittered and pattered,
and
I blibbed and blobbed-
it was that simple-
and
I like the final look-
the non-technique!
(No formal training required)
 Cute, huh?!!

Well, take care, gotta fly-Claire

  8. Claire,
That is very nice! It looks perfect with the bee because it does look like a honeycomb or bee skep. I love tweaking stuff too. Thanks for linking this up!

  19. The frame has the illusion of the honey come, and I like how you have color on the frame with the neutral bee.
