You wait all year for the relaxing days of summer

 and its already mid July-

Do you ever wonder why?  I seem to be doing that a lot lately-

It's time to savor the glorious weather, the eased up schedules,

 the added freckles and enjoy the moment-

Summertime

Today is the last day of school-

It's been a long time coming- 

Old man winter kept pushing the finish line further and further away, inch by snowy inch-

But, it's finally here and I am ready.. To...

Relax, organize, paint, build, simplify, thrift shop, paint, wedding accessorize, lounge, play, diet, eat lots of ice cream(tee hee) and did I mention paint!

But, most importantly, stop and enjoy each and every moment of every day-
