My Dad

A great man, a loving father, he set a steadying course for our sail-

he was a man who could make you laugh at anything-

the faces he would make(some of which we have inherited!)

He has missed so much of our lives-

23 years ago he left our side and

became our guardian angel.

Its hard to think about what we have missed not having him here to

celebrate the births, the birthdays, the graduations,

the sports games, the sadnesses, the happy times, the weddings,

the events we have celebrated as a family.

He was our rock, our moral guide, our friend, our Daddy.

Days will go by, weeks creep on, months turn to years,

but he will always be remembered as the first man we loved.

It will never be the same, it will never be better-

it is always different

but we are the people we are because of the lessons

of life we learned from our parents-
